The sitting room had a mixture of old and new pine. The new pine is a different style to the existing pine as it features knots in the timber, in comparison to the clearer pine in the existing boards.
We applied a stain to blend the old pine with the new. These blending jobs can often be a bit tricky but the end result here is a floor that looks great and works in harmony with the existing old pine floor.
The Kitchen at this property has Hardwood floors which were rejuvenated and Gloss Polyurethane Finish. We matched this finish to that used on the Pine floor used in the sitting room.
